SMOOTHIE AND SUPERFOOD CAFE, JUGO, OPENS FIRST FORT WORTH LOCATION WITHIN CROCKETT ROW AT WEST 7th

The 1,100-square-foot juicery features superfood smoothie bowls, custom-made smoothies, fresh cold-pressed juices, detox tea and coffee, vegan options, and more

FORT WORTH, Texas (June 6, 2022) – Jugo, a juice bar and superfood cafe founded in San Antonio, has officially opened the doors to its first Fort Worth location, a 1,100-square-foot space located at 2855 Crockett Street within the Crockett Row at West 7th development.

Owned and operated by long-time locals Bryan Batson and Sebastian LaRosa, Jugo offers high-quality, made-to-order superfood smoothie bowls, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, juice shots, detox tea and coffee, and more. All products contain pure, fresh, and all-natural ingredients, providing an exceptional, authentic, nutrient-boosting, flavor-packed experience. The menu also features light, yet fulfilling, grab-n-go protein snacks.

Guests can sip cold-pressed juices with unique combinations like pineapple, ghost pepper, turmeric, orange, lemon, and apple, whereas the smoothie and smoothie bowls focus on sweet tropical blends of bananas, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, honey, and more. When building a smoothie bowl, customers can choose from an assortment of bases including açaí, blue magic, matcha, pitaya, mango, or coconut. Next, they can add three additional fruits, and choose any two superfoods including bee pollen, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, chia seeds, goji berries, flax seeds, or hemp seeds. Finally, the creations can be topped with granola, agave, or honey.

The menu also features Jugo Wellness, a one, three, or five-day detox program specifically designed to cleanse the system and provide the best nutrients for the body. The Jugo menu is designed for the individual who prioritizes quality, great taste, and active living, while providing a healthy alternative to typical fast-food items for people on-the-go.

“Jugo's purpose is to connect people in the community with real food and educate them on healthier options that taste delicious,” said Bryan Batson, managing partner of Jugo Fort Worth. “Whether you are craving a fresh smoothie, an Açaí bowl jam-packed with flavor, or looking to jumpstart your week with a juice cleanse, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We are looking forward to helping our new Fort Worth neighbors discover just how great healthy can taste!”

Jugo is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
